I helped craft this Trailhead course to show how teams can use AI to surface important data from customer interactions—like competitor mentions, pricing discussions, and key action items—without spending hours manually logging details.

I worked with a subject matter expert to develop the content, collaborated with designers to bring it to life visually, and coordinated with project managers to ensure everything stayed on track. The result? A course that helps sales professionals spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time closing deals and coaching their teams.
