COVID-19 training catalogue

When the COVID-19 pandemic began, Jefferson Health needed to quickly ramp up training to meet the tsunami of demand for telehealth appointments and grant clinical staff access to Jefferson’s most critical tools and systems across departments, including the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

As part of The DICE Learning Team, I worked with a senior copywriter, a visual designer, and a group of instructional designers to create a user-friendly, easy-to-understand COVID-19 training catalog intended to help Jefferson employees find and register for their required training.
